Using a basic technique of stimulating parts of your body, EFT/TFT tapping can be used to alleviate issues like depression, anxiety and insomnia, as well as PTSD, physical pain, and even illness. In your session we will focus on the negative emotion: a fear or anxiety, a bad memory or unresolved problem. While maintaining your mental focus, using your fingertips we will go through a series of tapping throughout the body.
